Not as beautiful as shown in image on website

I bought this for my wife but the dress colour was little dull and was not as good as shown in the image on the website. I have asked for return the packet is also picked but sad to know that refund is done in credit point there is no money refunds. Having my first experience bad not sure if i use the return credit for another item what is the guarantee that it would turn our equally good. Credibility of a brand is built only when customer concern is taken care of rather than binding them.
