RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To initiate a return or exchange, visit the My Account section or use the Raise Return/Exchange Portal by entering your Order Number and registered Email ID or Phone Number.

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Janasya offers an easy and hassle-free return and exchange policy. Requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. All original tags must be intact and attached.
  2. The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the packaging is torn, damaged, or found unsuitable at the time of pickup.

HOW WILL MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE BE PICKED UP?

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup within approximately 2 business days.

Pickup updates will be shared via SMS or Email notifications.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED?

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection process, you will receive a confirmation through Email or WhatsApp.

In case the product does not pass quality verification, our team will notify you with the relevant details.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Yes, exchanges are available for eligible Janasya products.

Products may be exchanged for another size of the same product, subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEM?

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, please raise a complaint within 24 working hours of delivery.

Customers are requested to share a proper unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for verification purposes.

Claims raised without valid video proof may not be accepted.

WHAT IF AN INCORRECT PRODUCT IS SENT TO JANASYA DURING RETURN PICKUP?

Customers are requested to hand over the correct product during reverse pickup.

If a different or incorrect product is mistakenly sent to Janasya, the item may not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

In such cases, any reshipping or courier charges for sending the product back to the customer shall be borne by the customer.

WHAT IF REVERSE PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?

If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product to:

Courier charges may be reimbursed upon verification of the courier receipt and tracking details.

REFUND POLICY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued in the form of Janasya Store Credit (Gift Card).

Refunds for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued in the form of Janasya Store Credit (Gift Card).

CAN I CHANGE THE MODE OF REFUND?

No. Once the refund process is initiated, the refund mode cannot be changed.

WILL SHIPPING OR COD CHARGES BE REFUNDED?

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE STORE CREDIT (GIFT CARD)?

Janasya Store Credit (Gift Card) remains valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Expired Store Credits cannot be extended or revalidated.

ORDER CANCELLATION

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, cancellation requests can be raised within 6 hours of placing the order during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM).
