Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Janasya

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make your return or exchange experience smooth and hassle-free.

Free Returns/Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)

You can return or exchange items for free within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
✅ Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
✅ Return/exchange requests can be raised via our [Returns Portal]

If 7 days have passed since delivery, we won’t be able to accept the request. Your understanding is appreciated.

How to Exchange

1. Visit [Return/Exchange Portal].
2. Enter Order Number and Email/Zip/Phone.
3. Select the item and choose the desired size.
4. Our team will confirm and arrange reverse pickup.
5. Once received & quality checked, your new product will be shipped.

   * If the size is unavailable, Janasya Credits will be issued (valid for 3 months).

Return Process

* Follow the steps listed above to raise a return request.
* Once the returned product passes QC, we’ll issue Janasya Credits worth the product’s value.
* All return/exchange requests are valid once per order only.

Refunds

All refunds are issued in the form of Janasya Credits (valid for 3 months). No direct bank refund is processed for domestic orders unless in special cases discussed with customer care.

Wrong Item or Damaged Delivery

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Select "Received Wrong/Damaged Item" in the portal and upload images.

If reverse pickup is not available for your location:

Combo Return Policy

If returning part of a combo purchase, refund will be processed as per individual product price after discount adjustment. Similarly, if discounts were based on multiple-item purchases, they will be recalculated if partial returns are made.

International Orders

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders once confirmed.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at [care@janasya.in] within 6 hours of placing it. We’ll try to cancel before it ships.
Note: Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
