Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made on www.janasya.in. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)

Janasya offers free returns and exchanges on domestic orders, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Only one exchange request is permitted per order, irrespective of the number of items purchased.

  • All requests must be initiated exclusively through the Returns Portal.

Requests initiated after the stipulated 7-day period shall not be accepted under any circumstances.


Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange:

  • Access the Return/Exchange Portal.

  • Enter your Order Number and registered Email ID / ZIP Code / Phone Number.

  • Select the product and preferred size for exchange.

  • Upon confirmation, Janasya will arrange a reverse pickup.

  • In the event that the return or exchange pickup is not attempted within 2 (two) working days from the date of request approval, the customer is required to promptly highlight the same to the Janasya Customer Care team for further assistance.

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Exchange fulfillment is subject to product availability at the time of processing.


Return & Refund Process

  • Return requests must be raised using the same process outlined above.

  • Upon successful receipt and quality verification of the returned product, Janasya Store Credits equivalent to the product value will be issued.

  • Store Credits are non-transferable and can be redeemed only on the Janasya website.

  • Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.

No monetary refunds shall be issued for returned products.


Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by selecting “Received Wrong/Damaged Item” on the Returns Portal and uploading clear photographic evidence.

Failure to raise a request within the stipulated timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


Unserviceable Pin Codes

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable at the customer’s location:

Courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt and tracking details, subject to verification.


Combo & Promotional Offer Returns

For partial returns of combo or promotional purchases:

  • Refunds will be processed based on the individual product price after recalculating applicable discounts.

  • Any promotional benefit applied due to multiple-item purchases shall stand withdrawn if qualifying conditions are no longer met after partial returns.


International Orders

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable for international orders once confirmed.


Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 6 hours of order placement by emailing care@janasya.in.
Janasya will attempt to cancel the order prior to dispatch; however, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
