WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY WITHIN INDIA?

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping charge is applicable.

All shipments are handled by reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other logistics partners through Shiprocket (third-party courier aggregator) to ensure safe and insured deliveries.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may contact the courier partner to schedule a re-delivery or request self-pickup from their nearest facility.

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or recipient unavailability.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME?

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 working hours of being placed.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending upon your delivery location and serviceability.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS?

Yes, Janasya offers free shipping across India only on prepaid orders.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your order delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, you may contact our customer support team with your Order ID for assistance.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.

A shipping charge of ₹69 is applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

IS THERE PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (PCOD)?

Yes, Partial Cash on Delivery (PCOD) may be available on orders above ₹4,000 and selected delivery locations, subject to eligibility and internal policies.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

1. After your order is shipped, tracking details will be available under the Order History section in your account.

2. You can also visit the website, click on Track Order, enter your order number, and view your shipment status.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF THE ORDER?

Shipping address modification requests can only be accepted before the order is billed, processed, or shipped.
