RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• We have 30 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY from the date of PURCHASE.
• Return/exchange is allowed only once per order
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return/exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products

EXCHANGES

• You may choose to exchange the purchased item for the reason of size mismatch or incase you wish to buy someother item only once per order. However, if the desired size or item is not available at that moment, the amount would be refunded in form of "Janasya Credits" which could be used in the future within a time span of 3 months from the date of issue.

REFUNDS

• All refunds are in the form of "Janasya Credits' to be used in the future within a time span of 3 months from the date of issue.

RETURN REQUEST

• Customer can make request for return through the portal itself or by contacting our customer care at 8735035072 / care@janasya.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please call us on 8735035072 or write to us at care@janasya.com to request a cancellation. Cancellation is allowed only if the product is not shipped from our end. ( We usually ship within 8 hours after receiving the order )
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Janasya and accepts Janasya’s decision regarding the cancellation.

DELIVERY TIME

• We try and deliver our products within 7 to 10 working days and will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company incase of any delay.

DISCLAIMER

• We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices resolution varies, there might be 15-20% of color variation as compared to actual product.

• International order only track from my account and shared tracking details.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Shipping Charges: -

• Free Delivery Across India.

• Shipping to the US is as per actual charges on the checkout page.
  

General Terms & Conditions for shipping: -

• To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Weekends in the US where they have 5 days working culture. Also on Festivals courier companies have holidays. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary between India & the US.
