We currently deliver across India.


Logistics Partners

Domestic: -

  • FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Professional Couriers & India Post (Delivery Time: 3 to 10 working days)

    Shipping Charges: -

    • Free Delivery Across India on Prepaid order. 

    • Cash on Delivery charges is applicable.

    Note: If the outer packaging has been tampered with, ripped, pressed, or is otherwise damaged, you can refuse acceptance of the delivery and write your comments on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive presents.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    -We will be able to accept a request for cancellation of order only if they are raised within 6 (six) hours of placing the order on the website. As all the orders are usually shipped within 4-6 hours from our end.

    -You can raise the cancellation request by writing us an email to care@janasya.com or you can call us on our customer care helpline number- 8735035072

    -We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed/shipped or orders for which the cancellation request is made after 6 (six) hours from the time an order is placed.

    -The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Janasya and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
