Free Delivery Across India on Prepaid order.
Note: If the outer packaging has been tampered with, ripped, pressed, or is otherwise damaged, you can refuse acceptance of the delivery and write your comments on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive presents.
-We will be able to accept a request for cancellation of order only if they are raised within 6 (six) hours of placing the order on the website. As all the orders are usually shipped within 4-6 hours from our end.

-We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed/shipped or orders for which the cancellation request is made after 6 (six) hours from the time an order is placed.
-The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Janasya and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
International customers can place a prepaid orders on our website through the payment gateways available on the checkout page. We will be able to process your orders once it is confirmed and the payment is received in our account.
The delivery timeframe of the orders will vary as per the countries we are shipping to. However, the standard delivery time for our international orders is 7-10 business days. We typically ship the packages through Fedex, DHL or DTDC courier services.

Custom Duty: For all International orders custom duty/charges may be applicable as per country of import's custom department. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes, if any, levied by the country we are shipping to.
